                            Basic SunDial Features

                            * Lead selection – multi-campaign, workable/unworkable, multi-timezone, change campaigns on the fly
                            * Segmentation – Group agents into segment that dial a particular set of campaigns
                            * Time zone – automatic time zone inclusion/exclusion
                            * Callbacks – pooled, agent specific full-automatic, automatic preview, semi-automatic preview
                            * Do-not call processing – supports local and national do-not-call (DNC) lists
                            * Importing leads – Import comma-delimited / fixed text files - create import maps.  Screen for duplicates.
                            * SQL - SQL Query Module to view, edit and manage data.  Export queries to to text files or Excel spreadsheets.
                            * Local call transfer – Transfer calls to a designated group of logged into the SunDial Agent, to an specifc agent or by product and skill level. 
                            * 3rd Party verification – Transfer and 3-way calls to external parties
                            * Digital recording – Records agent-customer conversations in WAV file format.  Record whole or parts of conversations.  Save recordings for all or specific call dispositions.  WAV to MP3 converter that will move files as it converts them.
                            * AnswerPlay – Leave messages on answering machines or voicemails.  WAV file format.
                            * Virtual phone mode – Allows manual dialing of calls.  Audio can also be recorded. 
                            * Local or Remote agents – Remote agent audio can be connected via standard or VoIP phone lines.  The SunDial Agent logs into the Dialer Engine over the Internet.  A virtual private network (VPN) is recommended. * Agent scripting via HTML – The SunDial Agent contains an Internet Explorer web browser object that uses simply local HTML text files to display a script and collect data.  Data can be both populated into the script from the database and also gathered back for successive calls.
                            * Login validation – Provides consistency for agent reporting
                            * Drop rate (abandon rate) control – Set a line ratio of lines to stations or a drop rate target of 1, 3 or 5%.
                            * Dropped Call notification – Leaves a brief message when calls are dropped (abandoned) to meet current regulations in most localities. WAV file format.
                            * Unlimited user-defined fields for script population and agent data collection
                            * User-defined dispositions by campaign
                            * Distribution Module allows quick updating of agent stations
                            * Real-time line status, control and statistics – Control and administer all dialer functions right from the Dialer Engine locally or using remote-access software.  View realtime statistics on calls, answers, connects, drops, no answers, answering machines, busy signals, operator intercepts, etc. and agent call dispositions such as sale, not interested, do-not-call, etc.
