The SunDial Dialer Engine user-interface is intuitive, providing a graphical view and simple control of phone lines and agent queues. It allows quick access to all administrative functions such as importing leads, database maintenance, reports, script editing, etc.
The Basic Process
- Import leads (records) into the database
- Select the leads to dial
- Have the agents log into the system
- Start dialing

Here are some details about the basic features:
Dialer Engine - Lead Selection
- Load an unlimited number of campaigns to call.
- Answering machines and no answers are reattempted day and night randomly to insure complete list penetration.
- Exclude skips (not-available dispositions) and drops (abandoned calls) when recycling small campaigns.
- Select leads tagged as sale or appointment to recall for verification or confirmation.
Select a range of call counts to limit number of call attempts.
- Shuffle leads by ascending or descending first name, in order to mix new and old campaigns and insure a more consistent connect rate.
- User-defined lead selection allows you to build complex criteria into your call lists via a built in SQL wizard interface.

The SunDial Agent
While your agent has the customer on the phone they can, digitally record the conversation, transfer (voice and data) the prospect or customer to another agent, conference in a third party that might be on site in a different office, on site in a different building, or off site in another state.

The SunDial Query Module
The SunDial Query Module provides quick access to easy-to-use administrative functions, such as database queries and maintenance. Query Module Features:

SunDial Import Function
The SunDial import mapping feature eliminates the need for data manipulation of lists in programs like Microsoft Excel prior to importing a call list into a campaign. The import mapping feature allows you to define an unlimited amount of “import configurations” so that when you receive lists, you simply look up your “import configuration” file and click go. The “import configuration” files can be created via a graphical user interface for common types of delimited data and well as fixed length data.
