The SunDial Dialer Engine is the control center of the dialer. The dialer engine is a PC which contains the Dialogic boards which handle the dialing, call detection and switching. Its easy to learn user-interface allows one-click control of phone lines and agent queues and quick access to all administrative functions such as importing and database queries. You can also view the real-time status of the phone lines (dialing, connected, etc) and the agent queues (available, paused, connected, wrap, callback).
