What is a predictive dialer?  A predictive dialer is a personal computer based hardware and software system.  It automatically dials a list of numbers from a database, screening out the majority of answering machines, no answers, operator intercepts and busy signals, thus transferring live calls to your agents.

SunDial Predictive Dialer System Components

The predictive dialer consists of a Dialer Engine, Agent PC, SQL Server Database Server (optional but preferred, local area network and phone lines.  The Dialer Engine is a standard tower or rackmount PC computer containing Intel Dialogic boards for dialing, call detection and switching and running the SunDial Windows Predictive Dialing software.  We also supply the SunDial Agent software to run on your agent PCs.

Doing Business with SunDial

SunDial supplies the Dialer Engine hardware which as a client you own.  For a small fee we provide remote installation and training assistance.  We supply the software on a monthly subscription basis.  The monthly subscription includes software usage, frequent updates and unlimited technical support.  Remote Setup consists of testing the phone lines, setting the system parameters and assistance installing the agent software. Remote Training walks your floor manager through the daily usage and operation. Both of these services take a couple of hours to complete.
