Connectivity:
Our Pure VoIP version connects to VoIP carriers, proxies or gateways with SIP trunks via Dialogic HMP and requires no boards installed. Pure software. Our Hybrid VoIP/TDM version uses Dialogic HMP telephone network interface boards connect to T1-PRI, E1 and Euro-ISDN phone lines. The boards are 12.3” PCI or PCIe cards and require sufficient card space in the Dialer Engine PC. Uses Dialogic PowerMedia (HMP) Technology for dialing, call detection, call routing and conferencing. Also, routes audio over your LAN to the agents via VoIP to softphones with USB headsets or IP phones. Requirements: The SunDial Dialer Engine runs on a customer-supplied server class PCs (minimum 2 GB RAM and 500 GB hard drive space). This is the heart of the system running the SunDial software, Dialogic HMP software and optionally Microsoft SQL Server Express 2008. The SunDial Agent is run on customer-supplied basic desktop Microsoft Windows based PC. It runs the SunDial Agent Module and also a soft phone for agent audio.
