Campaign management (outbound campaigns)
SunDial campaign management features:
- Flexible importing of lists from comma-delimited, semi-colon delimited, text files or XLS format files
- Allows the creation and use of import maps to match diverse data formats
- Lead selection campaign counts show total / uncalled / workable / unworkable records, call counter ranges, last import date and last call date
- Do-not-call maintenance (DNC) allows the importing and processing of regulatory, purchased or internal do-not-call lists
- Campaign maintenance allows quick deletion of campaigns and resetting of particular call statuses for recall
