Scripting (agent screen-pop setup)
SunDial scripting features:
- Allows the creation and editing of user-definable scripts that the agents see when calls are received
- Drag-and-drop controls
- Control types: Rich-text box (Word like formatting and @tokens to populate data), label, textbox, dropdown, checkbox, button
- Assign scripts to one or more campaigns
- Populate and collect data
- Event handling to jump to different parts of the script
- Font, backcolor and other styling
- Keyboard shortcuts for sizing and moving controls
- HTML mode allows the display of local HTML pages or integration with web application such as ASP.Net, PHP, etc. Can pass a query string to the web page.
